At Kandymart.lk, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer return and exchange options under the following conditions.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products
  • Personalized or custom-made items (including printed, customized, or special-order products)

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

4. Exchange Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to request an exchange
  • The item may need to be returned before a replacement is issued
  • Delivery charges may apply for exchanges (unless the issue is from our side)

5. Return Process

  • Contact us before returning any item
  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during return
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or unavailable items
  • Refund amounts will be processed after deducting packing, handling, and any applicable service charges
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, as they are charged by third-party courier services
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method
  • Processing time is 3–7 working days

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

Please check size charts carefully before placing your order.
Size exchanges are allowed; however, delivery charges may apply.


9. Additional Conditions

  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video when opening the package
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
  • Orders may be canceled or restricted for customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • Return/exchange requests will be reviewed within 1–2 working days
